23. Management, preservation and disposition of same, and said trustees shall be entitled to retain from the funds that may come to their hands all such expenses, and a fair and just compensation for their services in the execution of this trust. Last Will of Allen Hamilton I, Allen Hamilton, of Allen County, in the State of Indiana, hereby make and declare the following as my last will and testament:- Item I: I appoint my son, A. Holman, my wife, Emerine, and my friends Jesse L. Williams and James M. Ray, executors of this my last will and testament. And in case of the decease of either of them I appoint my son, Montgomery, one of such executors in place of such decedent, a majority of which executors shall be competent to execute any duty assigned to my executors in this will. II: I authorize, empower and direct my executors in their best judgment, from time to time, for the interest of the estate, to sell either at private or public sale, without or with any notice or appraisement, for cash or on credit, or both, and at such price as they shall deem judicious, without any application to any Court for authority so to do , or any order, confirmation or restriction therefrom in relation thereto, any of the real or personal estate of which I shall die seized or -19-
