(q) For any manufacturing, processing, wholesaling, storage, or any other industrial use or commercial establishment not specifically set out in this subsection -at least one (1) parking space for each two (2) employees, plus sufficient spaces to park all company-owned or leased motor vehicles, semi-trailers and trailers. (r) For any Launderett, Laundromat, Self-Service Lanudry, Washateria or any similar use -- at least one (1) parking space for each two (2) washing machines or portion thereof. (s) For any bowling alley -- at least four (4) parking spaces for each bowling lane thereof. (t) For any mobile home court -- at least one and one-fourth (1-1/4) parking spaces per lot on the same parcel of land. (u) For any commercial or business office having a gross floor area in excess of ten thousand (10,000) square feet and occupied solely by the employees of one person; as defined in this ordinance -- at least one (1) parking space for each eight hundred (800) square feet of gross floor area thereof. (v) For any Self-Service Car Wash -- at least three (3) off-street parking spaces for each washing stall. (w) For any Automatic Car Wash -- a reservoir space on the lot for not less than ten (10) automobiles per washing lane. (x) For any C-2 Planned Shopping Center -- at least five and one-half (5-1/2) parking spaces per one thousand (1000) square, feet of gross leasable floor area. (y) For any barber shop or beauty shop -- at least three (3) off-street parking spaces for each barber or beautician using the shop. (z) For any high school -- at least one (1) parking space per seven (7) students, based on the maximum number of students enrolled. (aa) For any Motel in all districts where permitted -- at least one parking space for each sleeping room. -15-
