When perimeter plantings are chosen to separate the drive-in operation from adjacent land uses the plants chosen for this purpose shall not be confined to one species and should include a number of trees whose expected mature height is at least 20 feet. (h) Drive-In Facility Operation All merchandise stored and all business conducted in a drive-in facility shall be in a completely enclosed building on the premises except for the following: Service to. automobiles including the provision of gasoline and oil and other such services as are normally conducted at the pump islands and other service areas of such stations, and cabinets and enclosures for vending machines for the sale of soft drinks, candy, ice, and similar incidential products and for tires, batteries, oil and similar accessory motor vehicles products which may be located and operated outside of'the enclosed building under the conditions and regulations provided herein. In all cases, the design, location and layout of such cabinets and enclosures shall be subject to development plan approval. All such cabinets shall be painted or finished in harmony with the color or finished schedule of these station buildings on the property on which they are located. No outside storage or display of merchandise shall be allowed, except within such cabinets or enclosures described herein. Lubricating oil cabinets and containers sufficient to hold not more than one day's supply of oil may be located on or adjacent to each pump island. Use of a drive-in facility premises for storage of travel trailers, rental trailers, car rentals, sale of groceries or dairy products, garden supplies, and other similar use of a storage or sales nature, other than those permitted are prohibited unless such activities are conducted within the completely enclosed building. The drive-in facility shall be kept free of debris. Waste oil or grease, rags, or rubbish shall be contained in receptacles designed to be visually compatible with the building or other appurtenances. -65q-
