(3) If both panelists vote in favor of a finding of no probable cause, proper noti~e of the ruling shall be seni to the Complainant and Respondent, and this shall be treated as a recommended- order of dismissal, subject to review before the full Commission, upon the timely filing of written objections. 11-4 Formal Conciliation 30 (A) ~roposed A£;reement. If probable cause is found, the Director shall cause the following information to be sent. to lhe parties: (1) A di rector - formulated consent agreement. (~) Notice of party's option to sign the consent agreement and thus terminate the proceeding, subject to the approval of a majority of the Commission and full performance of the party's portion of the agreement. (3) Notice of the party's option to request in writing nnd within ten (]O) days of receipt of the consent agreement, a conciliation conference to he scheduled to negotIate differences regarding provisions in the consent agreement.
