51 (G) Driefs and Post Hearing Procedure. (1) Who may file briefs. Driefs may he filed by a partYt or any interested person t either before or during the course of a public hearing t or within such time thereafter as the lIearing Officer may designate. Failure ~to tJmely file a briHf ordered by the Hearing Offjcer may constitute a waJver of any objection to an adverse finding t conelusJon or order relating to the subject which was to be briefed. (H) Suggested Decision Submitted at Close of Heari n~ At the close of the public hearing the Hearing Officer may o.'der the parties to submit a suggested decision to the Commission. A suggested decision shall include suggested findings of fact t concl usions of law t and the fi nal order by the Commission which the party desires t and as with all sugf,ested orders t shall be filed in a form ready for the signature of the Hearing Officer. RULE 17 ORDERS 17-1 Recommended Findings of Fact. Conclusions o~ Law t and Order of Hearing Officer When a hearing is conducted by less than the entire ComntssJon t it shall be conducted with the same decorum as a public hearing before the entire Commission.
