The overall study schedule is shown in Figure 2. We have assumed a starting date of March 1, 1973, which allows for a two-month UMfA review of the Technical Study application. It should be understood that work cannot proceed until UMTA approves the application and authorizes that expenses can be charged against the project budget. 10
