DANGEROUS ANIMALS - An animal that is threatening the health or life of a person or another animal should be reported immediately to the Department of Animal Control. IF IT IS AN IMMEDIATE PUBLIC SAFETY THREAT, CALL 911. (p. 62) DRUG HOUSE COORDINATOR - Call the Drug Tip Hotline Number. (p. 71) ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA DESIGNATIONS - Anyone wanting to locate or expand a business, must file an application for "Economic Revitalization Area Designation" with the Department of Economic Development. (p. 11) EMERGENCIES - FIRE - Any Fire emergency should be immediately called into the 911 Communications Center. (p. 67) EMERGENCIES - POLICE ~ Any Police emergency should be immediately called into the 911 Communications Center. (p. 67) ENCROACHMENT LICENSE AGREEMENT - Encroachment License Agreement can be obtained from the Board of Public Works. It is necessary before placing anything or any object that is not publicly owned but would permanently be placed within public right-of-way that would block the City right-of-way and/or property. (p. 68) FIRE HYDRANT DAMAGED OR LEAKING - Customers discovering a damaged or leaking fire hydrant may report this situation to the Water Maintenance dispatcher 24 hours per day. (p. 54) FLAPGATES - Missing flapgate (headwalls) may be reported to Water Pollution Control Maintenance. (p. 59) FOELLINGER-FREIMANN BOTANICAL CONSERVATORY - The Conservatory is located at 1100 South Calhoun Street. The hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 12:00 - 4:00 p.m., Sunday. Admission is $2.50 for adults, $1.25 for children ages 5 - 14. (p. 46) FORT WAYNE ZOO - Located at 3411 Sherman Boulevard. The Zoo operates from the end of April to Mid-October. Hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday and holidays. Admission is $4.50 for adults; $3.00 for children and Seniors; Free for und~r two years and Fort Wayne Zoological Society Members.
