Questionaire for Northeast By Pass Relocation Study Alternate routes:are being studied for a possible four lane highway from u.s. 30 near New Haven to I-69 North of Fort Wayne. 1. Do any of the study corridors have an tmpact on any area regulated or governed by your corporation, group, agency, or committee? If yes, please describe. This agency is reSponsible for the Comprehensive 7Q1 HTTD planning and for the Transportation planning for the area and any other corridor will have an impact on the future plans. 2. Please list known positive aspects of the proposed project. Line A and Line AB connection: Does not encroach upon prime agriculture land Line B: Does encroach upon limited amount of prime agriculture land. 3. Does the project area contain any unusual features that should be considered? If yes, please describeo 4. Line B: The Northern leg runs through the scenic Cedar Creek. Line B Alternate: runs passed north of potential river park when it croses St. Joe Rd. Additional comments: Line B: should swing in the NW direction after it crosses Notestine Road and St. Joe Road and joins with the present alignment of State Route 1 (Leo Road) NE of the Intersection of Dupont and Tonk+e Roads.
