Williams Theatre, 8 p.m. ART EXHIBITS Nov. 6-Dec. 11 Surface Tension. IPFW's third exhibit of the season features artists who use texture and structural substance to achieve dynamic aesthetic qualities in their work. Whether it is up-close color photography or incorporating the use of materials like barbed wire, seeds, and fiberglass, the artists of Surface Tension have an obsession for unique surfaces. Jan. 15-Feb. 12, 1999 Body Parts. This exhibit features artists whose work portrays the human body in unique, sometimes funny, sometimes controversial ways. Please note: this show contains work that may not be suitable for viewing by young children. All exhibits are in the Gallery of the Fine Arts Building. The IPFW Community Arts Academy is offering an exciting array of spring classes for students of all ages and levels of experience, including music, dance, photography, and much more.
