All students and graduates interested in signing up for on-campus interviews this Fall must first be registered with the Placement Office to be eligible for sign-up. Registration material may be picked up in Room 113, Student Union, be completed and returned along with ten resumes to be put on file in the Placement Office.
PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE PROGRAM
The Professional Practice Program offers opportunities for students to work in salaried positions related to their major field of study and associated with academic credit. Students majoring in any discipline are eligible; majors of past participants include accounting, finance, geology, management, marketing, sociology, and Spanish. Approval of the student and the position by the major academic department is necessary, and applications for spring or summer work assignments should be undertaken now.
Interested students should contact the program office, which is now housed with Student Development Services in the Student Union Building. This new location will enable the Placement Center and PPP to work together in developing relevant employment for IPFW students. The coordinator is Donald Eastridge, and the telephone number is 482-5724.
