Fort Wayne Art Institute
Membership 1967-68
Membership contributions are used for free education at the Museum. We all know how increases in the cost of living and the birth rate have affected our schools, colleges and churches. These factors also effect the Museum. As the community grows the scope of the Museum’s educational activity and commitments must of necessity increase. Without membership contributions the Museum cannot activate its educational programs that are so vital to the well rounded and steady cultural growth of Fort Wayne. The Museum has a two-fold purpose to fulfill in an expanding community-to educate-to stimulate. At the Museum research and testing of new techniques in both adult and children’s art education is taking place. Hopefully, the results of this work will be a totally new concept in visual art education. Your membership contributions are vital to the development and growth of these educational programs.
